1. Right to Know and Access

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. Once we receive your request, we will confirm receipt within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 days. If we need more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

Specifically, you have the right to request the following information:

• Categories of personal information collected: The specific categories of personal information we have collected about you, including identifiers, commercial information, internet activity, geolocation data, and inferences drawn from this data.
• Categories of sources: The categories of sources from which the personal information is collected, such as directly from you, from our website analytics, or from third-party services.

2. Right to Delete

You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we have collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Upon receiving a verifiable request from you, we will delete your personal information from our records and direct any of our service providers to do the same.

However, we may deny your deletion request under the following circumstances:

• Legal compliance: When the personal information is necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation, comply with a legal process, or enforce our terms of service.

3. Right to Opt-Out of Sale

You have the right to direct us not to sell your personal information at any time. We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging data for monetary compensation. However, the CCPA defines "sale" broadly to include making personal information available to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. This may include certain advertising and analytics practices.

However, we may offer you certain financial incentives permitted by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any incentive we offer will be reasonably related to the value of your personal information, and we will provide you with a written explanation of the incentive and its terms.

You may also designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require that the agent provide written proof that you have authorized them to act on your behalf, and we may also verify your identity directly with you.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will verify your identity before processing your request. For requests to know, delete, or correct, we will need to confirm your identity using information we already have or by requesting additional verification. We will respond to all verified requests within 45 days of receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
